Powell Cemetery Location: 3 miles west of Ford, Virginia, on Route #460; thence .3 mile north on Route #625. Dinwiddie County DATE: 1863. OWNERS: William H. Beasley, Edward H. Allen, truste, 1863. Edward W. Allen, trustee, 1937. DESCRIPTION: The first church was rebuilt in late years. The graveyard is very scattering. There are a few lots with cement curbing; some wire enclosures and some wooden railing enclosures. The graveyard comprises about two acres of land.
