Cemetery Location:  Located .25 mile east of Sutherland, Virginia, on the south 
                    side of Cox Road.
                    Dinwiddie County


DATE:

The oldest grave is that of a Confederate soldier.  It has no date.

OWNERS:

Ocran Church.

DESCRIPTION:

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:

The following square is enclosed by a concrete curbing, and has “J.A. Dunnavant” 
written on it.  There is only one tombstone in this square, this one being a 
Confederate marker.

square that are not marked by tombstones.

but the inscriptions are not old enough to use.  Two graves here are not marked 
at all.
