Dinwiddie County DATE: unknown OWNERS: Mr. Sidney P. Spain, Church Road, Virginia. (1936) DESCRIPTION: There is only one grave in this old graveyard that is marked, this being the grave of Mr. John W. Ford. This part has been enclosed by a wire fence, but the part in which the members of the Spain family is not enclosed. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: (Confederate Insignia) John W. Ford Spe’s Co. Va. H. V. July 25, 1844 Sept. 17, 1925 In the part not enclosed, the following members of the Spain are buried, but there are not grave stones to these graves: Abraham Spain and his wife Mary Stowe Spain Father and mother of William P. Spain and grandfather and grandmother of Sidney P. Spain. William P. Spain, father of Sidney P. Spain Nancy Spain Tucker, a sister of Sidney Spain Mary Ann Spain Ford, a sister of William P.
