Traylor An indenture made and entered into between Thomas Traylor of the first part and Mary A. Traylor of the second part all of the County of Dinwiddie and State of Virginia this 20th, day of June 1839. Witnesseth that the said Thomas Traylor for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars current money of Virginia to him in hand paid by the above named Mary A. Traylor at or before the delivery of these present, the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Thomas Traylor hath granted bargained and sold and by these present doth grant bargain and sell unto her the said Mary A. Traylor her heirs or assigns forever one certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the aforesaid County of Dinwiddie bounded as follows: on east by the lands of Paskel Tucker, on the south by the lands of Tepee Lewis, on the southwest by the lands of William Nunnaly and William H. Goodwyn, on the west by the tract of land called Daniel's Tract and on the northwest by the lands of Lewis Hawkins containing one hundred acres ?? the same more or less. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land unto her the said Mary A. Traylor her heirs or assigns forever. In testimony whereof the said Thomas Traylor hath hereunto set his hand and affixes his seal the day and year first above written. Thomas Traylor At a Court held for Dinwiddie County on the 16th day of September 1839. This deed of bargain and sale from Thomas Traylor to Mary A.
