Badger, Baker Mann, B Crostie(Crastick?)and Hugh Dooner, or any three of them. After being duly sworn before a Justice of the peace for that purpose do view and appraise all the personal estate to them produced of JOSEPH BADGER deceased and return such appraisement under their hands to court. A copy Tester DM Bernard(clLo?) Town of Petersburg to wit; This day personally appeared before me and all =(cleman?) of the town aforesaid. Baker Mann, Wm H. Badger and B.
