  Ann Rudd personally appeared before me Charles Jennings a Justice of the Peace 
for the county of Elizabeth City and made oath that John Rudd her husband died 
on the 25 of November 1809.  Signed: Charles Jennings

Due John Rudd estate $22.20--November 2 1810--Wm. Armistead collected $42.20 for 
settlement.
