Virginia p. 6, Feb. 21, 1791 Ordered that the Sheriff do pay unto Caty Lingo one of the pensioners to be (paid?) by this state the sum of Ten Pounds, being the amount of her pension for the year 1790, and that the same be certified. Ordered that the Sheriff do pay unto Ann Davis one of the pensioners to be (paid?) by this state the sum of Ten Pounds, being the amount of her pension for the year 1790, and that the same be certified. p. 116, Feb. 20, 1792 Ordered that the Sheriff pay Caty Lingo, a pensioner widow of James, ten pounds and that the same be certified. Ordered that the Sheriff pay Ann Davis, a pensioner widow of Abraham, ten pounds and that the same be certified. p. 165, Jul. 16, 1792 It is ordered to be certified that Caty Lingo, the widow of James Lingo and Ann Davis, the widow of Abraham Davis were on the pension list in the year 1789 and that they are still in indigent circumstances and should remain pensioners, it appearing to the court that the said Caty and Ann are not on the pension list for the year 1791; and further that the last pension which was paid to the said Caty Lingo was for the year 1790. p. 167, Jul. 16, 1792 It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that Catherine Lingo is the widow of James Lingo who was a soldier in the Continental Army and died while in service, ordered that the same be certified. p. 369, Sept. 16, 1793 On the motion of Caty Lingo, widow of James Lingo, who was a Private in the Army of the United States, and died in the service thereof; It is ordered that the Sheriff pay her the sum of Ten Pounds as a pension for the year 1792; It appearing to the court that she is entitled thereto by a certificate under the hand of the Governor. June 1792 On motion of Samuel Boulevare, ordered that the overseer of the poor bind Lewis Davis, orphan of Samuel Davis to Mr. Boulevare.
