It: I give unto my Grandson Edward Moseley a young bay horse It: I give unto my Grandson Thomas Munday one young black horse to him & his heirs for Ever It: I give and bequeath all the remaining part of my estate not yet bequeathed unto my Daughter, Ann Reeves & her heirs lawfully begotten of her body for Ever It: I do hereby appoint my Daughter Ann Reeves to be my whole & sole Exectx of this my last Will & Testament revoking & disannulling all former wills heretofore by me made Either by word or writing It: It is my Will & desire that my Exec.t Give unto my servant boy, Samuel Henley, at the time of his freedom one good suit of clothes & one two year old heifer In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & affixed my Seale this 4th day of May Anno Dom 1709 her Signed Sealed in the presence of Elizabeth E Reeves us ~ mark Teste Thomas Munday John Jaffe At a Court held for Essex County the 14th his day of Feby 1711 This Will was proved by the Oaths Timmothe H Dayle of the witnesses heretoAnd by the Exc therein named mark and was ordered to be Recorded And is Recorded. Test Richard Buckner CECur Know all men by these presents that we Edw.d Coleman & Ann his wife Robert Coleman & Thomas Munday are holden & firmly bounden unto Sam.l Thacker of the County of Essex gew his heirs Exer.s Adm.s & assigns for & in behalf of the Court of ye. aforesd. County of Essex in the full & just Sum of Two hundred pounds Sterling Go the w.th payment well & truly to be made we do hereby bind our Selves our heirs Exors & Adms Jointly & Severally Firmly by these presents witness our hands & Seals this 14th Day of July 1711 The condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bound Edwd Coleman & Ann his wife late Ann Reeves who at a Court held for Essex County the day & year above had a Certificate Granted for obtaining a probat (sic) of the last will & Testament of Elizabeth Reeves Deced Shall & Do from time to time & at all times hereafter to all intents & purposes perform & fulfill the Said will full pay & Satisfie all Legacies as therein are Expressed and do & perform all & whatsoever the Law Enjoyns in Such Cases Then the above obligation to be void, otherwise to Stand & be of full force & virtue ~ Sealed & Delivered in the Edw.d Coleman (Seal) Persons of Sign Ja.
