Foster (Mrs. Carter Foster) Cemetery Location: 1.2 miles south of Delaplane, Virginia, on south side of Route #55. Fauquier County Cool Spring Church-yard is the burying place of the Shackletts. It is said that the Shacklett family gave the land for the Church and grave yard. Edward Shacklett Born 1752 Died 1820 Aged 68 years Elizabeth Shacklett departed this life October 14, 1860 Aged 78 years Francis Lee Shacklett September 5, 1842 January 12, 1891 For thou art my life, O Lord Edward C.
