Meade WARRENTON, Va. -- Lois Jean Meade, 57, formerly of the Bristol Virginia area, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002. She was born in Dickenson County, was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her father, Earl Fletcher. Surviving are her husband, Henry R. Meade; five sons, Kenneth Ray Meade of Culpeper, Va., Robert L. Meade and William Henry Meade, both of Warrenton, Charles Edward Meade of Front Royal, Va., and Marcus E. Meade of Pennsylvania; her mother, Oma (Edwards) Breeden of Gainsville, Va.; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral servcies will be held Friday in Warrenton. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1749, Vienna, VA, or to the March of Dimes. Moser Funeral Home, Inc., of Warrenton is in charge of arrangements.
