I, Sarah Bronaugh, being in perfect mind & memory & reason do declare this my Last Will & Testament. Item. I give and bequeath unto my dear husband, John Bronaugh, all my estate, both real & personal, also all & every part of the money or property that is left me by my uncle, George West, also every part or parcel of my Grandfather Hugh West's estate both real & personal forever. Item. The land left me by my uncle, George West, I will & bequeath to my brother, John West, my dividend of a certain tract of land lying in Loudoun County, which was left in the Last Will & Testament of Col. George West, being a part of the land whereon the s'd George West lived in his lifetime. Also, I bequeath to my s'd brother, John West one other dividend of another tract of land in s'd County I owe on, containing twelve acres, also one other dividend lying in Fairfax County on Scott's Run containing three acres, to him & his heirs for ever, therefore I say no more.
