My property consists of a house and lot bought of John Thomas COCKRILLE, a lot bought of Manley he bought of Wm Beverly who is to give deed so soon as he secures one from Ralph Stover and a lot bought of C P Jones his wife and her trustee T B Robertson Jr. (all containing above sixteen acres of land ) and three horses, three cows, one calf, one wagon, and harness for said horses, corn, hay , fodder, and farming utensils , household and kitchen furniture. At the death of my wife I want said property equally divided between my children after charging to each child mentioned and who have received the amounts attached to their names. 3rd I also will to my beloved wife a bond I hold against John M CLATTERBACK for six hundred dollars. The amounts I have give my children are as follows: To my son JOHN THOMAS I gave two horses and one cow valued at $225.00 and one young horse to my son John Thomas $150.00 To my son James Anderson I gave two horses and one cow valued at $175.00 To my daughter Mary Elizabeth I have two horses and one cow valued at $225.00 and the rent of my house and lot two years $100.00 valued at $50 a year To my son Robert Randolph I gave one horse valued at $125.00 To my son Reuben Franklin I have one horse valued $125.00 To my daughter Nancy Allen I gave one cow valued at$25.00 To my daughter Lucy Francis I gave one horse $80.00 and one cow. $25.00 To my daughter Sarah Jane I have one horse and one cow valued at$150.00 To the balance of my children I have not give anything to be in shape of horses or cows given under my hand seal this 18th day of November 1884.
