Witness the following; The Elijah Brown , a holder and head of a family aforsaid hereby declared his intention to clam hold except by, seixure, garnishing or sale under any execution, order or other process issued on any demand for any debt hereto fore or here after concreted the following property as a homestead for himself and family and witt; All my household and kitchen furniture of the valve of $30.00 Two cows ( ten dollars each ) $20.00 1 yearling $5.00 6 head of sheep ( worth $1.50 per head ) $9.00 18 Acers of land in this county-at $6.00 per acer $108.00 An interred in a house & lot upon which I now live longhs of Walter Holt- $500.00 A said Elijah Brown warrants generally the title to the property ( both real and personal ) herein conveyed Witness the following signature and seal.
