Burial will be at the Robinson Cemetery, Laurel Branch, Va., at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses. Mr. Hay, 67, passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, at Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon. Haysi Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
