Cemetery Location:  .4 mile south of Mechum River, Virginia, on Route #240, 
                    thence .2 mile east to clump of trees on a knoll.
                    Fluvanna County

DESCRIPTION:

The letters and numbers on these stones are very plain and are set down just as 
they appear.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:

The Woods were one of the old families and the largest land owners in this 
section.
