David Shepherd is appointed guardian to Polly Perkins, John Perkins, Frances Perkins, Elizabeth 
Perkins and David Perkins Infant Orphans of Jefse (Jesse) Perkins deceased and thereupon the said
David Shepherd entered into Bond with Thomas Dickinson his Security and acknowledges the same for
securing the said Orphans Estates and indemnifying the Court.
