I Edmond Humphrey of Fluvanna County and the State of Virginia being of sound mind and in my perfect senses do constitute this my last Will and Testament and desire it may be taken as such by all person. Item the 1st I desire that all my just debts may be punctually paid at the discretion of my Executors to be hereafter named. Item the 2nd next I lend to my daughter Susanna Humphrey the the land and houses I now live on supposed to be fifty acres be the more or less joining Harrison Humphrey, Arin? Thomas sen, Hensly Travillian, John Humphrey, and Bartlet Humphrey also all my personal estate after my Debts is paid during her natural life. After her death it is my desire that all the above named lands and personal estate should fall to my grand daughter Frances Humphrey who is the Daughter of Susanna Humphrey. Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my son John Humphrey fifty acres of land more or less the place where he now lives. Lastly I appoint John Humphrey and Harrison Humphrey Executors.
