This Indenture maid 1th day of Sepr 1794 Between Moses Greer of
Franklin County of the one Part and Henry Kinsy of the said County of the Other
part Witnesseth that the said Moses Greer & Nancy his Wife for
and in consideration of L150 Current money of Virginia to him in hand
paid the receit whereof he doth Acknowledge hath given Granted barg
=ained & Sold and by these Presents doth grant bargain Sell deliver and
Confirm unto the said Henry Kinsy his Heirs and Assigns forever a
Certain track or Parcel of land in the County aforesaid on the North
Fork of Griffiths Creek a brach of Black War [sic] Containing by Servey
328 Acres bearing date December 1th 1755. Beginning at Red oak
N.9.W.82 poles crossing a Creek & branch to a White Oak N.53 West
46 Poles to a White Oak N.27 1/2 poles to a Spanish Oak N.53W.200 poles
to pinters S 27 W.162 poles Crossing a branch & Creek to a Maple S 85 [or 35] ?1/2
E.166 Poles to Pointters S85. E 76 Poles to a Dogwood S 64 E. 140 Poles
to a White Oak N.51 E.52 Poles to the Beginning together with ?Reversion &
& ?Reversions Remainder & Remainders and every Part and Parcel thereof
to have and to hold the above Granted Land and Premises with
Priviledges and Appurtenances Profits & Advantages thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining to Henry Kinsy his Heirs and Assigns forever
and this said Moses Greer & Wife for themselves ?Heirs Covenant &
Agree to and with the said Henry Kinsy his Heirs and Assigns for
ever that he the said Moses Greer & Wife their Heirs this Above granted
Land and Premises with Appurtenances unto the said Henry Kinsy
his Heirs and Assigns shall and will by these Presents Warrant
and forever defend in Witness Whereof the said Moses Greer
& Nancy his Wife have hereunto set our hands & Seals

being Privilly Examined Separate & a Part from her Husband Acknowled
