Wesley Mattox sued Zachariah Ellis, and several heirs of Joseph Bolling for 
control of 152 acre plot of land originally sold to him by Abraham DeHaven, 
but not recorded as a proper sale.

Court records an award to the plaintiff of his costs for the legal 
proceedings, and provides for his legal ownership of the land in question.

Names mentioned include Zachariah Ellis; George Ellis; Polly Ellis; George, 
Betty, Nancy, Sally, Westley, Peggy, William, B(can't make out), Harriett, 
Mary, John, and Rebecca Bolling - the children and heirs of Joseph Bolling as 
defendents.
