Beverly Randolph Esquire Gov of the Commonwealth of VA.  To all to whom
these presents shall come greeting Know ye that by virtue and in
consideration of part of a Military warrant number 904, issued Jun 20,
1783, there is granted by the sd Commonwealth unto THOS PEARSON a certain
tract or parcel of land containing 1333 1/3a by survey bearing date the May
6, 1785, lying and being in the District set apart for the Officers and
Soldiers of the VA Continental Service on the waters of Deer Creek, a
branch of Green Riv and bounded as followeth, to wit, Beg.g at the black
oak, Hickory, and 2 black gums NW corner to John Hurts Survey N 260 running
N 25 degrees E 458 poles crossing a Branch at fort
