    ACQUITTAL OF CAPTAIN VINCENT WICHER AND OTHERS
   LYNCHBURG, VA. -- March 25 --  CAPT. VINCENT WICHER, ADDISON WITCHER, J. A. 
SMITH and SAM'L SWANSON, tried for killing the MESSRS. CLEMENTS in Franklin 
County, Va., were acquitted on Friday evening last.
