Bail was asked, but refused. MR. JOHN ANTHONY SMITH, a grand son, and MR. ADDISON WITCHER, son of MR. VINCENT WITCHER, who were likewise implicated have been sent on for trial before an Examining Court, which is to be held on Monday next, the 19th instant.
