VA Know all men by these Presents that we Skelton Richeson & Jn Plyborne are held and firmly bound unto James Barbour Esquire Governor of Virginia in the Sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars to the Payment of which well & truly to be made to the said Governor and his Successor for the use of the Common Wealth we bind ourselves and each of us, our and each of our heirs executors & admts: jointly and Severally, firmly by these Presents.
