Cemetery Location:  11 miles south of Winchester, Virginia.  10 miles on Route 
                    #11, and 1 mile west on Route #638.
                    Frederick County

DESCRIPTION:

The Jones Graveyard is the private burying place of the descendants of Gabriel 
Jones.

It is on the farm formerly owned by William Strother Jones, grandson of Gabriel 
Jones, and now owned by Warren Rice of Winchester, Virginia.

The old stone fence is well kept up and the stone steps at the entrance, (stile 
effect), together with the beautiful trees and surrounding forest, give the 
visitor an impression of the fine feeling of the family whose loved ones lie 
beneath the marble markers.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:
