10 July 1777, John Harry, son & heir of Wm. Harry, dec'd, of County of Yohogania 
in Colony of Virginia to Thomas Edmundson of County of Frederick...Indenture said 
John Harry for and in consideration of Forty Pounds paid by sd Thomas Edmundson...
One Lott of Land Numbered containing one Hundred & Seven Acres feet Fronting on 
Braddock Street (Winchester)..one other Lott of Land in the Said Town joining the
aforesaid...containing one Hundred & seven Inches in front on Washington Street...
which said Lotts were conveyed to above mentioned William Harry dec'd one by Deed 
under the hand & Seal of Mary Wood Executrix of the Last Will & Testament of James 
Wood Dec'd. the 2nd March 1761 the other by Deeds of L & R the 7th & 8th Nov. MDCCLXX...
