This land was in Frederick County, adjoining land Martin Coffman already owns. It was on the easterly side of South River of Shenandoah, adjoining lands of Jacob Burner, Christian Herberger and CHRISTIAN MAGGERT. (Lord Fairfax required an annual payment of one shilling per 50 acres. This 240 acre tract adjoining 300 acre tract gotten by his father in 1736 of Ludowick Stone.)
