Frederick County Widow: Mary I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Mary Carver, widow of Henry Carver, late a private in the 8th Virginia Regiment and died in the service of the Continental, is entitled to the sum of eight pounds yearly, commencing from the 1st day of January 1786.
