Com? Baldwin I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Arthur Dent, aged about 74years, late a private in the 1st Regiment, appears to have been wounded in the war before the last while in the service of the United States as to entitle him to the sum of eight pounds yearly; which allowance is accordingly made him, to commence from the first day of January 1786.
