Frederick County Widow: Margaret Kremer I do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that Margaret Kremer, widow of Michael Kremer, who was a private in the10th VA Regiment and who died while in the service of the United State is entitled to the sum of eight pounds yearly to commence from the first day of January 1788. Keith, CFA certifying the information for Frederick County Court, dated at April Court, 1793.
