Morgan's Riflemen Frederick County I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that William Reading, about 35 years of age, late a private in Col. MorganŐs Riflemen whose pay was at the rate of 24 pounds per annum appears to have been disabled in such a manner while in the service of the United States by a wound in his right arm as to entitle him to the sum of twelve pounds yearly; which allowance is accordingly made him to commence from the first day of January 1788.
