I do with the advice of Council do hereby certify that Jesse Ruble late is put 
on the pension list with an allowance of forty dollars yearly, to commence on 
the first day of January 1800.  Given under my hand as Governor of the 
Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 7th day of January 1801.
