Sealed with our seals, and dated this 29th day of January 1803. The Conditions of the above Obligation is such, that whereas there is a Marriage shortly intended be solemnized between the above bound William HAVELY and Hannah DAHAVEN Daughter of the above bound Isaac DAHAVEN of Frederick County now if there be no lawful cause to obstruct the said Marriage, then the above Obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
