Last Will and Testament of Nicholas Lemen - Written 8 May 1761; proved the 4th day of August 1761. May the 8th 1761 This being my Last will and desire as I am not fully capable of doing all things in full According to Law but to ______Something of my desire as for my Loving wife and my Brother John Lemen and Brother Robert Lemen I Lave (sic) my whole affars (sic) to do my Children Justice in all things of my worldly affares (sic). My Eldest Son John Lemen & Robert Lemen my Second Son I gave my Land to be Equally divided to them paying to the rest of my Children as the (sic) come of eage (sic) to the ____of five Pounds apiece to my tow (sic) daughters & twenty Pounds to Each of my young sons to be paid Out of my Land and to my wife the third part of the Land her lifetime Given under my hand.
