Eadth Perdiew one dollar William Perdiew one dollar Priscilla Perdiew one dollar Zennah Perdiew one dollar John Perdiew one dollar Marellia Perdiew one dollar and I also give my wife Elenor all my living property horses cattle sheep and hogs geese likewise all my house furniture and the use and benefit of my land until my youngest child become to be twenty one years of age thence it is my Will Thomas Rice Perdiew and Berry Bowman Perdiew shold have and hold as their own the land where I now live this I acknowledge to be my last Will and Testement not to be revoked by any sooner or later this given under my hand this first day of July 1829 signed and sealed witness by us present Jeremiah Sarver Thomas Perdue (seal) Samuel Sarver David Byress W. H. Tracy At Giles November Court 1829 This last Will and Testement of Thomas Perdue was proven in Court by David Byress and Jeremiah Sarver and ordered to be recorded and on motion of Edward H. Tracy who made oath and entered into bond with security administrator of this estate of Thomas Perdue is granted him with the Will annexed. David French C.G.C. Additional Comments: Thomas Perdue was born ca 1792 to Zachariah and Mary Conley Perdue. Thomas married to Eleanor (maiden?name) and they had at least nine children.
