grant unto [---?] [Philip?/Phillip?] Lightfoot one hundred [ffifty] Acres of Land scituate & 
being in [Abbniton?] parish in Glo[ce]ster County lyeing [unreadable] to ye land of Edw:d 
Momford on one side & on yorke River upon an other side & [on Mr.?] [Rich.d?] [Bookers?] Land 
[L---?] Mr. Reynolds Land on another side & on Mr. Jno. [B---?] Land on [ye?] fourth side & 
bounded (Viz) Begining at a [unreadable] oake [unreadable] Edw:d Mumfords [unreadable] standing 
upon [yorke river?] [and so runing up the side of yorke river?] to a [Certaine?] gutt
