I do, with the advice of council, hereby certify that, Lewis Belvin of 
Gloucester  about  35 years of age, late a private in the 1st Regiment of Light 
Dragoons whose pay was at 30 pounds per annum was disabled  in the service of 
The United States ___ ___ ___ ___ received in his body and other parts and he is 
allowed  the sum of fifteen pounds yearly; which allowance accordingly made him, 
to commence on the first day of January 1786.  Given under my hand this 7th day
