DEED, 21 MARCH 1853, INHERITORS OF MATTHEW LOWRY, JR

This deed made the 21st March 1853 between Andrew J. Jennings of the first
part and Jno. F. Miller and Thomas C. Jennings of the second part as
trustees for the wife and children of Albert G. Jennings as provided by the
Last Will and Testament of Daniel P. Key, dec'd, the second, and last part,
witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and fifty
dollars, I do grant unto the said Jno. H. Miller and Thos. C. Jennings, as
aforesaid all my right title and int in and to a certain tract or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Goochland adjoining the lands of the
estate of Mathew Lowry, dec'd, Elizabeth Lowry and Mary Jane Smith
containing fifteen acres to be the same more or less together with the
premises and appurtenances, thereunto belonging the right and title.  I
warrant generally.  Witness the Witness the following signature and seal

At a Court held for Goochland County 21st March 1853.  This Deed was this
day presented in Court and acknowledged by Andrew J. Jennings a party
thereto, to be his act and deed and ordered to be recorded.
