Goochland County 1785-89 Belmont Dec. 22nd 1785 Sir: Your Excellency's letter to the Magistrate of Goochland, respecting the State pensioner, has been received, and on deliberate Inquiry, are found agreeable to the inclos'd list--which I am directed by the Court to transmit to your Excellency.
