Gives to his son James Pleasants, the plantation on which the testator lives with all appurtenances. 1- on condition that sd. son James pays to the testators daughter Ann S. Webster the sum of £1000,00 and makes her a fee simple right to a negro boy Sam son of Sall (commonly called Tom). 2- that the sd. James Pleasants pays to testators daughter Paulina Pleasants $1000,00. 3- that sd. James Pleasants pays to testators daughter Martha W. Pleasants $1000,00. 4- the sd. James Pleasants pays to testators son Tarleton W. Pleasants $30,00. 5- that the sd. James Pleasants pays to testators granddaughter Louisa P. Mosby $10,00. All the rest of his estate real & personal the testator gives to his sd. Son James Pleasants. Appoints son James Pleasants his executor. Wit. Francis W. Royster, Henry M. Lane, William H.
