Will of. Gives to his wife during her life all his estate, both real & personal, at her death to be equally divided between his children Robert S. Pleasants, Philip S. Pleasants, Henry F. Pleasants, Margaret W. Pleasants, Thomas W. Pleasants, Joseph E. Pleasants and Martha A. Goolsby, except that he gives 1/3 part of the cotton picking machaine erected on testators land and to his sd. Son Joseph E. Pleasants, the remaining 2/3 being now the property of the testators sons J. E. Pleasants & Philip S. Pleasants. Each of his children above named are to be accountable for the amount charged on the testators books against him or her before any division of the property is made. Appoints his wife, Mary Pleasants and his son Joseph E. Pleasants executrix & executor of his will. Wit. Joseph R. Robertson, James M. Robertson, Tho. Curd. Proved by the oaths of James M.
