Surviving: one sister, Ruth Wingler Farmer, Whitetop; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be conducted Friday, Feb. 21, 2003, at 1 p.m. in Whitetop Baptist Church, Whitetop. Interment in Wingler Cemetery. Rev. T.A. Pennington and Rev. Johnny Ray Finley will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday night from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. The family will be at the residence of the sister, 16727 Highlands Parkway, Whitetop, where friends may call at any time. Arrangements by Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home, Independence, Va.
