Power of Attorney - Hannah H.Mayes to Joel Mayes

KNOW all men by these presents that I Hannah H.Mayes of Greensville
County Virginia do hereby constitute and appoint my son Joel Mayes my 
true and lawful agent and attorney in fact to act transact and settle
all my business of every kind to sue and to be sued to all intents and
purposes as if I was in person and all receipts discharges and 
settlements in my name by him made shall be binding on me my heirs etc.
Witness my hand and seal this 19th September 1818.
