CAROLYN POWELL MOORE 

  ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - Carolyn "Bunny" Powell Moore, age 55, died Monday, 
Dec. 19, after a short illness.

  She was the daughter of the late Dempsey J. Powell and Mabel Pair Powell 
of Emporia.

  Survivors include her husband, James R. Moore of Rocky Mount; three 
daughters, Kimberly M. Cooley and Kelley M. Jenkins, both of Raleigh, N.C., 
and Krystie Lynn Moore of Rocky Mount; and one sister Frances Powell Collett 
of Emporia.

  Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 11 a.m. at the First 
United Methodist Church, Rocky Mount, with Dr. Langell Watson officiating.

  Burial will be at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
