GREENSVILLE COUNTY, VA - WILLS AND ESTATES - Elizabeth Dupree, 25 Oct 1807 ----¤¤¤---- IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Elizabeth Dupree of Greensville County, Virginia, being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say: I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Dupree the whole of my estate of what kind or nature soever, whom I hereby appoint sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills made by me. Samuel Francis Elizabeth Francis At a Court held for the County of Greensville the 11th day of February 1814 This Will was proved by the oaths of Samuel Francis, a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of Henry Dupree, the Executor therein named who made oath thereto and together with Lewis Dupree, his security entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of two thousand dollars __________as the law directs, Certificate was granted him for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form.
