GREENSVILLE COUNTY, VA - WILLS AND ESTATES - Frances Mabry, 15 Jun 1813 ----¤¤¤---- IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Frances Mabry of Greensville County, Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, ordain and constitute this to be my last will and testament in manner following: Item: I give and bequeath to my niece Suanna Wrenn one walnut dressing table, to my niece Peggy Wrenn one seal skin trunk and to Ann Mabry Spann one blue painted chest and I also give and bequeath to my said niece Susanna Wrenn, Peggy Wrenn and Ann Mabry Spann all my warring apparel to be equally divided among them at my death and in case of the death of either of them, the above legacies to be divided between the survivors. Item: I give and bequeath to my nephew James Spann, son of Willis Spann, fifteen dollars to him & his heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath to my nephew Belfield Wrenn the sum of fifteen dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath to my nephew Robert B. Mabry the sum of fifteen dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath to my newhew Henry Spann, son of Richard Spann, the sum of fifteen dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I give and bequeath to Jones Wrenn all the rest and residue of my estate not herein disposed of, of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever found to him and his heirs and assigns forever. Lastly, I do hereby appoint my friend Jones Wrenn Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made. Tellar and Edmunds Mason, the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of Jones Wrenn, the Executor therein named, who made oath thereto and together with Edmunds Mason, his security entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of one thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs, Certificate is granted the said Jones Wrenn for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form.
