Watkins At a Court held for the County of Greensville October 1805 This Will was proved accordding to law by the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded (and the Executors therein named refusing to qualify as such) on the motion of John D. Maclin and Joseph Wilkins (two of the said Executors), Certificate was granted them for obtaining Letters of Administration on the said Testator's estate with the Will annexed in due form, they having made oath thereto according to law, and acknowledged bond with approved security, conditioned as the law directs. Don't know if Fanny-Milley-Ann is same person or not. Names are quite readable. He refers to two sons but lists William, John and Jack. Presumably John and Jack are the same person. Note: Spelling was not corrected. Paragraphing and some punctuation were added by transcriber for ease in reading. There are no paragraphs in the original. ___________________________________________________________________ Copyright.
