GREENSVILLE COUNTY, VA - WILLS AND ESTATES - John Rosenberry, 1 Jul 1813 ----¤¤¤---- IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I John Rosenberry of Greensville County and State of Virginia, being sick and weak in body but perfect and sound in mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit: I give to my beloved wife Nancy Rosenberry all my estate both real and personal after paying my just debts and for her to keep the children trogether and give them schooling and after her death, the property to be equally divided between my children. I consstitute my wife Nancy Rosenberry my sole Executrix, to this My Last Will and Testament.
