Cyrus a Negro man Slave $200.00 Chester a Negro boy " $275.00 Aggy a Negro woman " $275.00 Note: Possible other name Agnes. William Tune's father Travis Tune's will left unto William a Negro girl named Agnes. See will for Travis Tune, dated 1818 and recorded 1827 in Halifax County, Virginia. Israel a small Negro boy Slave $125.00 George a small Negro boy " $100.00 Daniel a small Negro boy " $100.00 Total $1671.17 1/2 1 Negro Boy sold by the Admr. some time ago for $275.00 Signature of Demarcus Tune Pursuant to an order of Halifax Court hearing date March Court 1831. We the undersigned appraisers proceeded on the first day of the present month to appraise the estate of William Tune decd. having been sworn we do report the foregoing list as the result of this our labour. Given under our hands this 24th day of February 1832. Tune decd. was returned to court and ordered to be recorded. Also note the date of the court recording of the inventory states 27th of January 1832. Possibly it was the month of February as the inventory was presented 24th of February 1832. Or perhaps the inventory was presented in the month of January instead of February.
