Wilnebeth thd they the said Anderson CONDLEY, Katharine his wife and Katharine Cobbs _______ in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars good and lawful money of Virginia to them in hand paid by the said William PRINGLE before or at the endorsing and delivery of these _____ents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, ____________ told handby these presents do grant, bargain, sold, and _______ deliver and confess unto ______ the said William PRINGLE his hand and ________ forever one certain tract of land, containing eighty-five acres, be the same mire or lep situated in the County of Halifax and bounded as follows, Diz Charles Davenport, William Cases Seryn and the abovementioned PRINGLE. To have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land unto him the said William PRINGLE his hand and apigsis forever, together with ___ and sangular the apportinuances, priveledges, profits and enjoys in any _____ thereunto belonging to and for his or their own property use and behoof. And the said Anderson CONDLEY, Katharine his wife and Katharine COBBS shall and will by these presents warrant and forever degend a right and title to the above grant land and premises unto him the said William PRINGLE his heirs and apegsis free from the claim of themselves or either of them, their, or either of their heirs and free from the claim of every other person or persons whatsoever.
