Mr. nattan masige audior of publick accountes of Virginia
desond sir fileas reconsidion my applicashion as apenshioner and
allow me to draw $30 yearly I hav not lost a leg but I am worse
off than what I wood have ben if my leg had ben taken off I hav not 
bin abel to doo any lobos worth speaking of not since last october. 
I have proved in open corte that I was not abel to doo manuel
labor by 3 respectful witnesses I can prove by all my nabos
that I am unabel to work on the accounte of the wounds that I
receive in the batsnose between the north and south my foost and leg
is all the times swelled way large and smarting all the time I am
oblige to youse cautches or a cane all the time I am in greate nead 
of healpe pleas reconsider my applicashion and enlow me to show the 
full enmgunte I am not abel to labor
